Established in 2001, TopJob Staffing is a locally owned hospitality service based in Atlanta, Georgia.

We provide professional bartenders and banquet staff to hotels, special event facilities, corporate accounts and private residences. Our staff is available for breakfasts, lunches and dinners – 7 days a week!

Our success stems from the caliber of employee we hire. The professional criterion we utilize is based on attitude, appearance and performance. No service uses a more stringent screening process to discover and secure talented professionals than TopJob Staffing.

Attitude is not something that can be taught. We begin the evaluation process on every employee from the first time they call our office through the interview and application process and ultimately throughout their tenure with us. Our standards are extremely high so if we observe anything short of our established benchmarks we keep looking for the people who want to be a success in this industry.

Appearance is an important aspect of the hospitality business. TopJob strives for excellence in these areas. Our banquet staff is required to own their own tuxedo uniform, including a banquet jacket, black vest and gold nametag. The pictures you see on this site are our actual employees!

A key differentiator for our company is the fact that a mandatory three-day training class is required of all new employees. If someone has one year or twenty years of experience it matters not…they must agree to complete our training class.

Having staff with the necessary skill levels to work at all of our clients is a stated goal at TopJob. All our clients (i.e. Ritz-Carlton, Intercontinental Hotel, Chateau Elan Winery, Atlanta Botanical Garden, Coke and UPS…just to name a few) do things differently so this training class is of vital importance to our staff. In order to graduate and be part of the TopJob team, everyone must successfully demonstrate the skills and attitude at the conclusion of this three-day class.
